Brief Update

So as you all probably know from reading Barbaras blog, the move was successful! two weeks and two days ago we moved in to our brand new apartment, and so far, its pretty damn awesome. The move was tough, but thanks to Barb, Geoff, Dave, Jen, Laura, and my mom, who all helped tremendously! Living alone totally has its perks. On the first mornign, I ate ice cream for breakfast :P I was real excited abotu that. But its the little things, like getting to put yuor furniture where you want, never getting kicked off the computer, not having someone nag at you if you leave your cup on the counter, keeping booze in the fridge! its all pretty awesome. Me and Barbara have even sort of taught ourselves to cook! Its not kraft DInner and tomato soup every day for us! we even eat vegetables! crazy, I know. And our placeis kept decently clean, as well, Dishes are done every day, tidying is done, sweeping, vaccuming, dusting, laundry, etc etc. today was actually an unofficial chores day, as we were both home.

I love living with Barbara. Its so nice. What I mean is, it isnt loud and crazy all the time, and theres no arguing, and its just very pleasant. More often than not, you can find us watching a movie and drinknig tea. ooh, and cuddling with our kitties, who are settling in now too. ( Yes, we are only 97 cats away from being crazy cat spinster ladies)

Other than that though, life has been a little stressful.. Im working two jobs now, abotu 50 hours a week, and its kind of starting to get on me. Especialyl sicne one of those jobs entails getting up at four in the morning every weekday :S and because of that, I have to go to bed at 8 every night, which is kind of slowly killing my social life. There are so many people that I just dont see anymore, because I dont have the time. It really sucks. Im changing schedules to a more normal time next week though, so hopefully all that gets back to normal.

The only other thing thats lame, Is I dont know what to do abotu a certain boy that lives far away; the logical thing? meaning stopping talking to him all the time, getting on with my actual life, and stop living in this romantic comedy world. Or the emotional thing... Simply waiting until he can be here. I dont know. Its too confusing.

I took the bus past the ferry terminal today and wished so hard that I could get on that ferry, and go somewhere else, where I didnt have to worry abotu work, or paying bills, or keeping house, or friends I dont have time for, or stupid Winnipeg boys....
